i.            Mot Island Project: an 48 ha island in Nha Trang, the capital of Vietnamese Tourism Industry. Currently designated for a exclusive luxury resort with a 5 star hotel, 99 villas with own swimming pool and yacht club. Project cost is estimated at 200 mil. Vannam Co., Ltd has completed the transfering ownership of project from An Vien Jst Co by signing the Transfer Agreement for approximately 50 million dollars on May 20, 2011.

                                             ii.            Pacific Tower Project: Grade A green office building in district 1, the heart of Ho Chi Minh City; the 20 storey tower will be constructed on 2500 sqm. of most valuable land in Ho Chi Minh City. Vannam Co., Ltd has completed the purchase of project ownership for 35 million USD. The transfer agreement has been signed on Aug 08, 2011

                                           iii.            Nam Chau Agriculture Processing Complex Park with an area of 31 ha, to create one of the biggest rice centers in the Southwest of Vietnam in collecting, processing, storing and distributing this substantial product, not only to domestic market but also approaching internation market. Vannam Co., Ltd has signed the Transfer Agreement on Aug 19, 2011 to complete the transfering process from Nam Chau Co., Ltd to Vannam for 16.5 million USD.

                                           iv.            Song Ngu fine dining restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City and Apsara fine dining restaurant in Da Nang. Each restaurant can seat 300 customers who are businessman, high status government official, well known athletes and artists.

                                             v.            An entertainment complex in Van Tuong City, includes hotel, restaurant, bar and other services for expatriates who work and do business in Central of Vietnam.
